A student team project in partnership with la crèche Multi Accueil Des Premiers Pas ( Apprentis d'Auteuil ).
A systemic dimensions project, from the identification of the various issues,
to the submission of a complete file responding to one of these specific problematics.
The problematic identified and chosen by our team was
"How to facilitate communication between professionals and parents
around child monitoring?"
We respond to it through the creation of a physical space that included card games, an information board and an intern application. All that guided by a strong and coherent graphic guideline.
A simple logotype linked to the collective imagination. "Le premier pas" means
the first step or the initiative, and the three levels of the rainbow define
the three operators involved in this first step, the parents, professionals and children.
A simple graphic universe that makes sense.
Soft, inclusive pastel colours, a graphic principle of coherent lines and solid colours.
Illustrating a supportive and gentle child caring approach.
A physical space to bring people together and impose a time for dialogue between the various players.
(where we will find the different tools)
the main communication and information tools are a tray, illustrating everyday actions and information concerning the child, mood, sleep, meals, health, etc.
And a card game illustrating food, activities or various cultural events.
At the same time, all informations are entered by the professional into a digital application, via a tablet (black and white eco reader) specific to the crèche service.
This provides comprehensive monitoring of the child, over the short and long-term.
A step further by proposing a mobile interface (sketch). It could be filled in by parents at home
in the morning and evening to simplify exchanges with health professionals, and give parents a sense of responsibility and involvement in their support.
We have also developed a database of pictograms relating to this mobile evolution.
